DEPOSIT POLICY

Reserve any machine with a 10% deposit; on anything over $10,000 the deposit is a flat $1,000. Your deposit reserves this machine and is applied to the purchase price. Deposits are refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, the deposit is refundable less any freight, ordering, or restocking costs already incurred by Backwoods Ventures. Machines ordered to your specification may be non-refundable once the order is placed with the manufacturer — we will tell you before that happens. The balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Deposits are calculated per machine and shown before you pay. The balance can be paid by bank debit, Interac e-Transfer, cash, cheque or certified draft, or through approved financing.

If a machine you ordered can no longer be supplied, we refund your deposit in full, regardless of how long it has been.
