PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only what we need to quote, sell and service equipment: your name, phone number, optional email, postal code, and anything you tell us about what you're looking for. Order checkout also collects shipping and billing details.

Payments are processed by Helcim. We never see or store your full card or bank account numbers.

If you tick the consent box on any form, you're agreeing to: "I agree to receive text messages from Backwoods Ventures about equipment, pricing and availability. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time." We record the exact wording, the time, and your IP address so we can prove consent under CASL. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.

If you don't tick the box, we'll still respond to your specific inquiry, but we won't send you marketing messages.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this business — our database and email host, Helcim for payments, Twilio for texts, and Resend for email.

Want your information deleted? Ask us and we'll remove it, except for records we're required to keep for tax or warranty purposes.
