RETURNS & WARRANTY

Unused parts in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can give you a return reference — unannounced returns are hard to match to an order. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply on special-order items.

Wear items that have been installed or run — blades, knives, belts, filters — cannot be returned.

Machines carry the manufacturer's warranty. Coverage is listed on each product page. Warranty claims run through us: call Tim first and we'll deal with the factory on your behalf.

Deposits on machines are covered by our deposit policy, not this returns policy.
